This new-construction condo was a two-and-a-half-year project that allowed us to form a close relationship with the clients, which resulted in a thoughtful and personal home for retirement. They travel the world and collect art and memories that we were able to integrate into the rooms. Unique features include: custom drapery to conceal service doors in the private foyer that direct guests to a custom pivot entry door, a wine room converted from a pantry featuring a backlit countertop, a modern take on wood paneling in the den, custom-reeded navy blue woodworking and velvet upholstery in a niche, a suspended high-gloss venetian plaster ceiling and a concealed tv in the main living area.
