Originally intended as a light update, this Siesta Key condo quickly evolved into a full rethinking of how the space should live. The homeowners began with a simple ask—re-spaceplan the furniture. But once conversations opened up around the kitchen, a broader transformation took shape.
At the core of the redesign was clarity: removing a foyer pass-through to gain function in the kitchen, concealing a structural column within custom cabinetry, and rebalancing the layout to create an expansive living space with framed views of the water.
The palette reflects the client’s desire for a modern, fresh aesthetic—with a bold blue kitchen anchoring the space, orange accents adding contrast, and sculptural furniture adding shape and rhythm without visual weight. Custom millwork was designed down to the inch, maximizing hidden storage while keeping the space composed and calm.
In the dining area, extending the tile past the kitchen created an immersive visual moment that unified the entire main living zone. And in the master bedroom, color and lighting were softened to evoke rest, lightness, and simplicity.
Every decision was intentional. Nothing was wasted—Just the way we like it.
