The homeowners were introduced to me through my friend, Shayla Twitt. They had purchased this condo, which was extremely dated, and the layout of the space was not functional for them. After removing a wall in the kitchen, the space allowed for many possibilities. We not only transformed the kitchen, but also the primary bathroom and two guest bathrooms. These updates brought brightness to the space, revealing the Contemporary Coastal feel they desired. The view of the beach was the inspiration for the look and feel of this home.
