My client’s 3 bed, 3 bath new-build in Palmer Ranch was done by Taylor Morrison and is just under 2,400 square feet. We installed custom built-ins in the living room and office spaces, and all new lighting throughout. We incorporated creamy whites, earth tones and layered blues into each room. We brought in texture with grasscloth in the tray ceilings, shiplap in the entryway, and a few rattan pieces. One of the most challenging spaces became one of my favorites; the owners wanted to incorporate their daughters’ bedroom furniture from the 90’s. We not only blended it into the design, we made the gender neutral space ultra cozy and charming!
